CREATIVE & DESIGN

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

We handle coordination with in-house technical support and serving as a liaison between technical vendors and you, facilitating effective communication and meeting requirements. We coordinate with presenters and ensure their needs are met, including fulfilling artist riders and managing technical requirements. Detailed 2D and 3D drafting aid in planning and visualizing technical setups, while transportation and logistics ensure equipment and personnel arrive on schedule. Production schedules, including load-in and load-out schedules, as well as technical production schedules, are meticulously crafted to keep the event on track. The run of show and programming are managed, with script reviews conducted to ensure accuracy and cohesion. Show calling ensures smooth transitions and timely execution of event elements, ultimately contributing to a successful and memorable experience for all involved.
