Klock Entertainment is a full-time business with their owner Jason, sharing over 20-years of experience DJing weddings and events. Our owner is full-time along with seven other team members. This is extremely uncommon for our industry. Most companies operate on a part-time basis, even the owners. This is important because you know you can rely on a team of individuals who are fully invested to help you with your plans with an extremely fast response time for all questions. This gives you the security that everything will be beyond perfect. Our DJs are hired as employees, not subcontracts. This gives you the reliability that your DJ will not just live up to the Klock Brand but over-exceed expectations. Our training program is based off the wisdom and experience of 20-years and gives each one of our DJs the creditability to be a leader in our industry. Why else should you trust us? We take pride in showing up wearing our Sunday best! Our goal is to be one step above your average guest, while never being more dressed up than our guests of honor. This is one thing that separates us from our competitors who work entire weddings in polos or sleeveless button downs with their logo on it.
While this is rare, life happens! We always have a DJ on backup for every calendar day of the year. Our planning process is streamlined so if something happens, we have full access to gather all of the planning details and nothing will be missed. This is a major benefit of booking with a full-time company rather than a friend or solo-opp.
When you book with us, you get access to an online planning account which can help you find your favorite music that you want to hear on your special day, and our DJs will do the rest!
This isn’t in our contract, but greatly appreciated since we are typically working over dinner hour. We do not take an official break and you won’t be left without music if you feed us!
Nothing says a job well done like a great tip! How much? That is completely up to you. If you choose to be generous, the average gratuity for your headlining DJ is 15% of the total bill. The average for an event assistant is 10%.
We sure do! We love emceeing and introducing the wedding party along with coordinating all of the special events such as toasts, blessing and any other formalities you may want to have.
We do not attend rehearsal. However, we are happy to share music to help with any timing you are looking to make perfect! Everything we need to do a great job!
We are happy to check availability throughout the planning process. If it is a service you want, we recommend making a reservation as soon as you’re able. You are also eligible for multi-service discounts when selecting a package at the time of booking. Being a service, you also may want to consider that our pricing is always subject to increase based on availability and scheduling. In short, the longer you wait the less likely we are able to guarantee a service.
Everything we need to do in order to set up / tear down will be included in our initial quote per service. This also includes the pre-wedding coordination between your venue, vendors, and any other point of contact you might have.
